ADULT BALLET CLASSES
Ballet is a wonderful way to move, no matter your age or experience. It combines gentle, flowing movement with strength-building exercises, helping to improve posture, balance, and flexibility. The controlled, mindful nature of ballet encourages body awareness and coordination, while also offering an expressive way to connect with music and movement.
Adult ballet classes are not just about technique, they are an opportunity to strengthen your body, increase mobility, and build confidence in movement. Whether you are new to dance or returning after a break, ballet provides a structured, enjoyable way to stay active, relieve stress, and cultivate both physical and mental wellbeing.
Beginner Ballet Class:
For those new to ballet, or returning to the fundamentals of dance.
This class focuses on building confidence through basic technique, alignment, musicality and movement quality. A welcoming space to learn and progress at your own pace.
INTERMEdiate Ballet Class:
For adults with previous dance experience, or those ready for a greater challenge.
Classes include expanded barre and centre work, more complex movement sequences and expressive choreography.
